Privacy and data use

Juju.ug collects the information needed to run a trusted marketplace: account details, OTP verification targets, listings, uploaded images, contact reveals, reports, and moderation records.

OTP and Contact Details

OTP codes are sent by email or SMS and are stored only as hashes. Seller contact details are revealed only after login and are logged for safety.

Images and Listings

Uploaded seller, practitioner, product, and service images are used to display marketplace profiles and listings.

Moderation

Reports, approvals, and listing reviews are used to prevent fraud, coercion, unsafe claims, and prohibited services.
